AEM Health and Fitness Challenge 2015 update




 Last night in Class I was wearing a new pair of leggings ..you know me ...lots of colours !!!! : and with it , it actually did show my fat loss >>> yep ...it's starting to show ...yeaaaaaaaa ...progress...steady ....in the right direction ! 

My efforts of clean eating, advance meals preparation, HITT & resistance training, protein snacks,  etc ...is finally starting to show! Follow us on instagram > http://instagram.com/aemhealth/



Remember :
A slow and steady weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week is best for keeping it off long-term
Sometimes it can be frustrating to put in the hard work of diet and exercise without seeing significant results quickly , but you must be patient. 

Also it's god to take picture progress because as your shape changes - with weight / resistance training - you might put on lean muscle and not show weight loss on the scales this is why a body composition scales is a good investment when you are working on replacing fat by muscle.
